In the past year of 2022, we lived a fulfilling life, walked with determination, and progressed steadfastly through 365 days. With each day, we honed our skills, cultivated a sense of responsibility, fulfilled our mission, and embraced our duties. We extend our gratitude to every employee for their hard work and relentless efforts, and we appreciate all those who cared for us and offered their assistance. As the saying goes, one reaps what they sow. Every endeavor leaves its mark, and every splendid moment will be remembered. Let's recount ten significant events that took place with a slight delay and reflect upon the footprints we left behind in 2022.

 

01 Intensive Visits and Kind Messages from Provincial and Municipal Leaders to Arshine

 

In May and June of 2022, leaders from the Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce, including Vice Director Li Xinqiu, Vice Chairperson of the Hunan Provincial Women's Federation Zhou Zhimei, Deputy Mayor of Changsha City Kang Zhenlin, Vice Chairperson of the Changsha Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Huang Feng, Director of the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Commerce Zheng Ping, and Liu Dongmei from CITIC Insurance Hunan Branch, successively visited Arshine Group for research and guidance. They offered their encouragement and support, urging Arshine Group to leverage its global sales channel advantages, further expand and strengthen its presence, and devote itself to becoming a leading service group in the extensive health industry chain. This effort is aimed at making new and greater contributions to foreign trade in Hunan Province and Changsha City.

 

02.Changsha Democratic Revolution Joint Sector CPPCC Member Workshop (offline) settled in Arshine Group

 

On 23rd May, 2023, the CPPCC Members' Workshop (offline) of Changsha Municipal People's Democratic Revolution Joint Sector (Changsha Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference Population, Resources and Environment Committee) was unveiled at the headquarters of Arshine Group. The CPPCC members' studio (offline) consists of 33 provincial and municipal CPPCC members, including all members of the Changsha CPPCC Democratic Revolution Sector and some members of the social sciences sector and invited sectors, with Chairman Chen Aiping and other three people acting as the conveners of the studio. The workshop mainly focuses on the key areas of "consultation and democracy, medicine and health, social management, education development, private economy, import and export".

 

03.African envoys in China meet with Arshine's senior executives

 

From 27th to 29th July 2022, Hunan Province hosted the activity of African envoys in China entering the China-Africa Economic and Trade Deep Cooperation Pioneer Zone. During the period, our senior leaders met and negotiated with the envoys of Algeria, Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Mauritius and Uganda respectively. On the 27th, Hassane Rabehi, Ambassador of Algeria, Oundo Mukaga Charles, Minister Counsellor of Uganda, Seesaghur Hans Nibshan, Economic and Commercial Counsellor of Mauritius. Seesaghur Hans Nibshan from Mauritius, Minister Counsellor for Economic and Commercial Affairs Seesaghur Hans Nibshan from Mauritius, etc. came to visit the headquarters of  Arshine Group and had a pleasant meeting with Chen Aiping, Chairman of  Arshine Group.

 

 

04.Dedication to the Ordinary, Respect for the Extraordinary- Arshine Group Successfully Holds 15th Anniversary Celebration

 

"Shenzhen · July 16, 2007" - In a 59.5 square meter office, three like-minded young individuals quietly sowed the seed of a dream. "Changsha · July 16, 2022" - Arshine Group's directors jointly initiated the "Dedication to the Ordinary, Respect for the Extraordinary" 15th-anniversary celebration. Nearly 200 passionate Arshine team members gathered in the 8,000 square meter Arshine Building's Shenzhen Hall to listen to the growth story of the dream seed. Together, they made wishes: for the next fifteen years of Arshine to be even more brilliant and magnificent.

 

05.Systematic construction drives the institutionalization, standardization, proceduralization, and efficiency enhancement of company management

 

The year 2022 marked the commencement of systematic construction within the company, as efforts were concentrated across various platforms, from the President's Office to other departments, to collaboratively establish a management system. Throughout the year, the company refined and formulated over 60 types of management regulations, methods, and plans, optimizing more than 50 approval processes. This process facilitated the gradual establishment and completion of strategic goal management systems, organizational management systems, market and customer management systems, product management systems, operational management systems, financial management systems, human resources management systems, administrative logistics management systems, document control management systems, and more. These efforts significantly enhanced the level of institutionalization, standardization, proceduralization, and efficiency within the company, promoting coordination and mutual reinforcement among its various departments and generating substantial organizational strength.

 

 

06.Chairman Chen Aiping was honored with the titles of "Outstanding Female Achiever of 2022" and "Outstanding CPPCC Member of 2022" in Changsha City.

 

On December 7, 2022, the Office of the Leading Group for Women's Competition Activities in Changsha City issued a notification titled "Regarding the Recognition of Advanced Collectives (Individuals) Who Assist the 'Strong Provincial Capital' Strategic Positions for the Year 2022." In this announcement, Arshine Group's Chairman Chen Aiping was honored with the title of "Changsha City's Outstanding Female Achiever." This title is one of the highest honors within the women's work system and is awarded to exceptional women who have made outstanding contributions in various areas such as promoting economic and social development, enhancing women's qualities, supporting women's entrepreneurship and employment, rural revitalization, and technological innovation.

 

On December 20, 2022, the Changsha Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) sent a congratulatory notice stating that according to the "Methods for the Performance Evaluation of Members of the Changsha CPPCC," after careful consideration by the Chairperson's Meeting of the Changsha CPPCC, Comrade Chen Aiping was recognized as an "Outstanding CPPCC Member of 2022" in Changsha City.

 

 

 

07.Arshine Group Shines at the "Enter Africa: China's Health Industry Ventures into Africa" Promotion and Matchmaking Conference

 

 

On November 18, 2022, the "2022 China (Hunan) Health Industry 'Enter Africa' Promotion and Matchmaking Conference," co-organized by Arshine Group, took place in Changsha. The event brought together over 100 African companies from more than 20 African countries and over 150 Chinese enterprises. Ms. Chen Aiping, Chairwoman of Aichen Group, delivered the "Arshine Group African Business Development Report" during the conference, receiving enthusiastic response and high praise from attendees.

 

This event was part of the series of activities promoting economic and trade cooperation between China and Africa, held in conjunction with the 2022 China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo. It was jointly hosted by the Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce and the Hunan Xiangjiang New Area (Changsha High-tech Zone).

 

08.Arshine's Marketing Vanguard Team Brave the Pandemic and Take the Lead in Expanding Overseas

 

On November 6, 2022, amidst the ongoing COVID-19 prevention and control measures, Mr. Xiong Yidong, Director of Arshine Group and General Manager of the Food Addition Center, led the company's marketing vanguard team to step out of the country to explore new markets. Despite the pandemic, the vanguard team embarked on an overseas journey spanning almost a month, covering Asia and Africa. They first participated in the Gulf Food Exhibition in Dubai and then traveled to countries in Africa such as Egypt, Kenya, and Nigeria, visiting more than 50 clients.

 

This overseas trip marked the first time the company had sent representatives abroad in three years since the onset of the pandemic. It signaled the company's determination to "embrace clients overseas and continuously expand the market."

 

09. Arshine Pharmaceutical Elected as Vice President Unit of "Hunan Province China-Africa Economic and Trade Cooperation Research Association"

 

On April 22, 2022, the inaugural council meeting of the Hunan Province China-Africa Economic and Trade Cooperation Research Association was held at the China-Africa Economic and Trade Cooperation Innovation Demonstration Park. During the meeting, Hunan Arshine Pharmaceutical Co.,  Ltd. was elected as a Vice President Unit of the "Hunan Province China-Africa Economic and Trade Cooperation Research Association." This association is a non-profit social organization registered with the Hunan Provincial Department of Civil Affairs and supervised by the Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce. It is composed of enterprises, institutions, social organizations, experts, and scholars in Hunan Province who are engaged in China-Africa economic and trade cooperation or have a certain influence in this field.

 

10.Arshine Group Establishes Trade Union and Women's Federation Organization

 

On 22 July 2022,Arshine Group held the first trade union congress and election meeting, and elected the first trade union committee, trade union financial review committee and female workers committee. The elected trade union chairman Ding Shuaijun, vice chairman of the trade union Zhang Yinuo, the director of the Women's Workers Committee Mei Wenfang, and the director of the Financial Review Committee Yang Xiang made a passionate inaugural declaration, and we said: we will do some practical things for the majority of the members of the staff to do something good, to solve the difficulties, and strive to make the trade union into a "good home" that helps the company's development, and "intimate home" that is the work and life of the employees. We will do something good for our members and employees and solve some difficulties, and strive to make the labour union a "good home of cohesion and cohesion" for the development of the company and a "good home of intimate service" for the work and life of employees.

 

On November 3, 2022, with the support and guidance from the Changsha Women's Federation and the Yue Lu District Women's Federation, Arshine Group held its first Women's Representative Assembly and the inaugural Women's Federation establishment meeting. The assembly followed democratic procedures and conducted on-site voting, resulting in the election of the first executive committee of the Arshine Group Women's Federation. Comrades Zhang Yino, Cheng Yan, Mei Wenfang, Guo Yinhui, and others were elected as members of the executive committee with high votes. Comrade Zhang Yino was elected as the Chairwoman of the Aichen Women's Federation.
